The team at Charix were incredibly helpful in making sure I had the correct size in time to take my shoes on a trip to Japan. Their returns process was super easy, and they responded promptly. I love how well made the shoes are, and I felt very comfortable in them during my trip.

Excellent but a bit tight

I think I need to stretch my shoes out a bit over the top of the foot. The shoes otherwise are comfortable. I ordered the arch support inserts but haven’t used them.
