Great Customer Service! (And a Really Comfy Shoe!)

A friend of mine was telling me how much she loved her Charix and suggested I try a pair. I have Morton’s Toe -my second toe is longer than my big toe-so it’s difficult to find shoes that fit comfortably. I ordered a 43 thinking it would give me a little extra room in the toe. My foot was swimming in them so I thought I should order a 41 for a better fit. Customer service contacted me asking if I really wanted a 41 because a 42 might be better. They were right! I’m so happy with my Charix! I plan on ordering more in the future!

Comfortable out of the box

I bought these shoes a few weeks before going on a trip overseas. They were completely comfortable right out of the box. I did quite a bit of city walking on my trip with no problem at all. These are amazing - soft, cushioned, and easy to wear. They're also lightweight for packing and look terrific with all kinds of clothes. I reccommend them without reservation.

Exceptional customer service

Great customer service. I had to return a pair as the 1/4 size measurement wasn't correct, but unfortunately the next 1/4 size up also didn't work for my foot. The length was fine, but the toe box width rubbed blisters on toes that didn't have the bunion. My feet, not the shoes!

The Best Shoes

I have 7 pairs. Comfy, great colors. Just got 2 of the suede for winter. Wore all day on recent vacay that involved lots (6 miles 1 day) of walking, no issues. I do order the insoles due to high arches.7 pairs says it all..
