We offer easy exchanges and returns within 30 days from the order date. If you purchased Easy Returns with your order at checkout, your exchange and return shipping is free and fully covered. 

If you did not add Easy Returns coverage with your order at checkout, you can still process your return or exchange online, but standard shipping rates apply, as well as a restocking fee on refunded merchandise.

Exchange Policy

If you purchased Easy Returns with your order at checkout, your return label is free and fully covered. If you don’t have Easy Returns coverage, you will have to pay the cost of return shipping when you submit your exchange in order to process it. 

Once you process your exchange online, you will have the following options to send the goods back:

  • Select a package pick up at home
  • Select a convenient drop-off location near you
  • Generate a  USPS (or other major carrier) return shipping label to receive via email or QR code. 

We will ship your new order as soon as your return with the original item(s) is received and scanned by the carrier. 

If sizing or the fit is not quite right, we recommend exchanging instead of reordering - exchanges are faster and help ensure you get the right fit. Charix comes in half sizes, which allows you to fine-tune the fit. 

 

Final Return Policy: 

You can either return for a store credit or a refund. If you purchased Easy Returns  with your order at checkout, your return label is free and fully covered. If you don’t have the Easy Returns coverage, the shipping cost and a $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of your return being received and scanned at our warehouse. Please be patient, as it may take us a day or two to process your return after receiving it, while banks and credit card companies also take time to process the refund.

Unworn Item Policy: 

Returned item(s) must be unworn and in their original packaging. Trying them lightly indoors is perfectly fine, as long as there are no visible creases or scuffed soles. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Repeated Returns:

International Exchanges and Returns:

We accept exchanges and returns for international orders. We cover the cost of shipping out overseas orders, and the customer is responsible for shipping return items with tracking back to our U.S. warehouse at the following address:
