Comfortable and very chic with a beautiful selection of colors

Comfortable, good fit, stylish

Wore these straight out of the box walking miles in Croatia. Zero blisters, zero pain... So comfy. They were perfect.

I ordered a pair of the black Charix shoes and unfortunately they were a bit too big. I called customer service and was met with the most amazing and responsive rep. He told me exactly what I needed to do and I let him know that we were leaving for a trip to Paris in a week and was there any way that a replacement pair could arrive before our trip. He made sure that the shoes arrived in time and it’s true! After walking miles and miles, these shoes turned out to be incredibly comfortable. I will definitely order a few more pairs in different colors!

I purchased an 8, I usually wear a 7 1/2. The 8 was tight originally but by wearing them in my house they stretched a bit. They are a beautiful leather and well made, they just have no support. There is a thin gumsole. I purchased the arch inserts but haven’t tried them. They are little gel stick ons. If I put them in the wrong spot (I thought I might not be able to return) and move the insert, it will leave a sticky residue on the inside. They are reasonably comfortable. I’m wearing them without socks. My feet aren’t sweaty in them. They are not shoes that I’d want to walk all day in. Most of the reviews claim someone wore them on a trip to Europe. I wouldn’t, I’ve been all around the world. They are lovely, but not great for all day walking.

When I first tried them on, I thought they wouldn't work because they were too tight on my toes. However, the website said they would stretch out, so I gave them a chance. And they really have stretched out in a nice way. They have molded to my feet, and get more comfortable every time I wear them. I don't need socks, which is wonderful. I can wear them with dresses or pants, casual or dressy. I am very happy with the purchase.

I could not be happier with my new Charix shoes. I ordered a 1/2 size larger than my normal size because one foot is slightly wider than the other. I didn't need to do that and could have gone with my regular size, but the slightly bigger size is still incredibly comfortable and required no break in. I wore them around the house for about a day and then took them on a trip to Chicago, where I was able to walk for miles in complete comfort. There was a little slipping on the one foot, but it was not a problem. Customer service is also a dream. I wrote to Charix about the sizing question and they sent me (complimentary) a pair of cork inserts, which have worked perfectly. I also love the look. These shoes really feel like slippers but are sturdy for street wear. I will be ordering a second pair!

After ordering a half size too customer service was great in exchanging for the correct size. They fit great, I’ve worn them for hours on vacation without pain or blisters!!

First of all, the shoe lives up the hype. They really are that comfortable. Like a slipper with support. Remarkable this isn't standard in shoes. But what's made me a customer for life is Charix' stellar customer service. I had a size issue when my pair arrived so I contacted customer service. Within hours a real person responded to me. Within days new insoles arrived, free of charge. To paraphrase Bruno Mars, Charix - you are amazing just the way you are.
