I love my Charix shoes! Finally, a pair of super comfortable shoes that are perfect to dress up or look casual. I have found the best shoes for an upcoming European tour.

Supple leather, well made

Five stars for these great, comfortable shoes. But I don't know that I would have bought them if I'd noticed store credit but no refund policy. Now that I see how easy Charix is to work with on returns (I ordered the wrong size) and how good the shoes are, I'm a committed customer. But my advice is, store credit only isn't a great policy.

This is my third pair of your beautiful flats/slip-ons. Love the style as it can be a bit dressy or casual with jeans! First time trying the two tone and they did not disappoint:)

Wonderful & Beautiful shoe - Even though a size exchange was extremely easy; I would prefer to walk into a store and try sizes in person.

Great shoes

I was prepared to break them in for an upcoming trip. But they felt great the first time I put them on. Good looking and comfortable. And great colors.

They are ok. Not great.

I have very HIGH arches. They do not come close to being a good support for that. This also means my instep is high and they are extremely tight across the top of my foot. I keep hoping that this will loosen a bit(hasn't yet).
