Unbelievable customer service. Ordered for my daughter-in-law, who was visiting from abroad. The first pair in her regular size was too small, so I ordered a full size bigger. Customer service contacted me and told me they would also send a pair in a half size bigger to ensure a perfect fit. Wonderful shoes for any occasion

I own 3 pairs of Charix shoes - pink, royal blue and turquoise with white trim. They are extremely comfortable and versatile. They go beautifully with shorts, slacks and sundresses. Price is a little high, but you get what you pay for. I expect to enjoy them for a long time.
