Great for travel, work, and everyday living, Charix shoes are a true investment in both style and comfort.

Unbelievably comfortable

I really was a bit nervous when I got these as the fit seemed odd initially, but they are soooo comfortable by the 2nd wear and are my go to work shoes now. They also never hurt my feet or rubbed on my heels like most of my shoes. And if you aren’t sure of size reach out to the customer service they are awesome. Love that they come in a variety of larger women’s sizes. Planning to get a 2nd pair in the future!

Beautiful, but fit a bit off...

Loved the look of these shoes, the color, the style, the workmanship. But, for me, they didn't fit in the heel area. The length of the shoe was perfect, so I knew I had the right size. But the heel did not fit snuggly enough to wear without socks. I even added inserts to the bank of the heel, but they were still not a snug enough fit. I'll try not substantial inserts to see if that helps. If not, I'll wear socks and enjoy them in cooler weather.

Beautifully made

I sent a review earlier saying the shoes were beautifully made but not flexible enough for my old feet. I returned them the day after receiving (Sept11) as instructed , tracked and saw they were delivered and so far have not received credit for the return to my account . Help will be appreciated

Too short - Had to return

I normally wear size 9. I sized up to 9.25 and the shoes were too short so I had to return them.

Most comfortable and best fitting shoes ever!

Charix shoes are the best fitting, most comfortable shoes these 71 years old feet have ever worn! I have wide small size 5 feet. Difficult to find comfortable shoes for these feet. Once I ordered the right size (actually a size 5) with the expert help of customer service, they were perfect. I highly recommend these shoes for comfort, fit, and style!

1st time Charix shoes haven’t been comfortable immediately

I love your shoes, but bought a pair and didn’t start trying them out at home until a month after they arrived, and its the first time (after 5 or 6 pairs) that they haven’t been comfortable right away and still aren’t.

I like them

Still got rubbing on the side of my foot so I had to take them off, but I feel like that will eventually change and I’ll bear a bandaid until it resolves.

Great Pair of Shoes

These are very comfortable from the minute you put them on. My only issue was that the size I always wear was a bit "short" so I went up a 1/2 size and they are much better. Customer service in exchanging the shoes was a pleasure to work with. They may seem pricey but I will pay a little extra for comfort. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
