I have several issues with my feet so finding comfortable shoes is not easy. I bought these just prior to a trip, wore them for hours with no issues. Finally. Kudos to customer service who helped me find the correct size.

These are the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. After your wear them they form to your foot and feel like a glove. More importantly they have the greatest customer service. I had purchased them for a trip to Europe that was leaving in 4 days. They felt a little short. I called their customer service number. Which by the way is one of few mail order companies that even provide a phone number. They expressed mailed a new pair without charge and so I could make sure the new pair was the correct size. Then sent me a postage paid return label and I was able to return the first pair after I got back from my trip. I will definitely buy more. They have so many great colors to choose from.
Charix Shoes is a delight to work with. The first pair I ordered seemed to have a defect and Charix took care of everything, sending me 2 more pairs at no extra cost so would be assured of getting the right size and fit. They were so caring and delightful to work with. The shoes are beautiful and comfortable right out of the box. After only a few hours of wear the shoes are molded to your foot and almost like walking on air! Thank you Charix!
I’m seriously working toward the rainbow of these amazing shoes. I can walk around the city all day in them without foot pain or blisters and they are super cute! I always get compliments on them when I’m out and about.
I love the look of the shoe. My normal size 9 were massively big. I ordered a size down and they were tight. I bought a stretcher and I am trying to make them fit. Beautiful shoes but unable to wear. Very disappointed.
I have been looking for some casual, comfortable shoes that I can take on an upcoming cruise where I will be doing a lot of walking. I have comfortable sneakers, but wanted something a little more elevated in style. I found what I was looking for in your Charix shoes!! ~ Marlene
My pink shoes are so special to wear with my spring dresses and pants. I just love how they match everything I have with pink colors blended throughout the material. These shoes fit so nice and you can wear them all day without socks or footies. They are a wonderful addition to my shoe collection.
Shoes are high quality and very comfortable. Prior to ordering these shoes I suffered from knee discomfort. It has improved greatly in a short period of time. I bought a few more pairs. Thank you for a great product!

This shoe is so cute! Not gonna lie, though when I first put it on, I thought it wasn’t going to fit me, but then I read the instructions and decided to trust the instructions and the process. I gave the shoes a try, even though my toe was touching the end, like the instructions said. These shoes are so comfortable and so cute and so versatile I think I may need to get a few pair in a variety of colors!

Beautiful workmanship, delicious leather, and comfort all in one shoe. The camel color is a perfect neutral, and it’s easy to see why it trails only black in popularity. There *is* a definite breaking in period, but the video and written information provided on the Charix site explain that very well, and also give valuable information regarding sizing. I went with my usual 7.5 and it’s working out great! These are definitely going to be a part of my shoe wardrobe for some upcoming trips, as they’re equally at home with skirts and dresses as they are with jeans or dressier trousers. My biggest issue: trying to figure out which color I want to get next!
My Charity shoes are heavenly. I am still hoping for the return of the navy with red piping ones to come back. I’d buy them, too!!!
If theres a 10 star rating, I will give this company a 20. They provide the best service EVER I have experienced. They helped me find my right size and I can’t wait to wear it for my cruise this April. I am planning to buy more in different colors.

The quality is great; they are pretty shoes, but I did not find them as comfortable as I had read online. I don’t find them “comfy out of the box”. But, because they are leather, I am willing to keep wearing them in hopes the comfort improves and then I may or may not buy another pair. I believe that if you have “perfect “ toes they may fit well but for those of us with a bit of a hammer toe situation, nope not comfy.
After a year of use, my insoles were showing their age. I love that Charix provides the option to extend the life of my shoes through replacing the insole. They arrived quickly and in recyclable packaging. Way to go Charix!!
Charix shoes provide everything I need in a shoe. Leather is a must. They are comfortable as soon as you start wearing them. The toe box is extremely comfortable. I can wiggle my toes. They are never cramped and it’s true that they mold to your foot. When I’m wearing them I don’t think about my feet, I just go. If you value the comfort and health of your feet, try them. You won’t be disappointed.
