Unbelievable customer service. Ordered for my daughter-in-law, who was visiting from abroad. The first pair in her regular size was too small, so I ordered a full size bigger. Customer service contacted me and told me they would also send a pair in a half size bigger to ensure a perfect fit. The larger size fit and sent the other pair back using the prepaid label inside the box. Absolutely amazing!! Never before dealt with such an accommodating company and will recommend to everyone I know.

I love the new relaxed style. I’m wearing them daily in preparation for my trip to Paris next month. Paris tours require lots of walking. They feel soft and comfortable on for hours.

I own 3 pairs of Charix shoes - pink, royal blue and turquoise with white trim. They are extremely comfortable and versatile. They go beautifully with shorts, slacks and sundresses. Price is a little high, but you get what you pay for. I expect to enjoy them for a long time.

I have been so impressed with the immediate responses to my questions and challenges with finding the right size. The shoes are very comfortable. Interestingly, they have quarter sizes and my size is a big smaller than I typically wear. The exchange was easy and swift. I am currently waiting for the color I want in the size I wear, but that has also been an easy process.
