Heel Slip Inserts

I purchased these shoes and really liked them. However they felt a bit snug.
Their customer service is fantastic and worked with me to find the right size.
My feet are a bit wide so a half size up with some gentle inside wearing was successful!

Great shoes and even better customer service! Honestly never experienced such great customer service! They sent me to pairs since I was on the fence on sizing

A bit narrow

I love my first pair of Charix Shoes! They are both beautiful & comfortable. I will be ordering again. Very well made shoes.

These shoes are like gloves for your feet. They’re a little pricey for my senior budget or I’d already have a couple more pairs.

I have large feet (size 11) so I struggle with shoes for summer and work looking too big and chunky and/or having to wear sandals (Birks) for comfort. Charix doesn't make me choose! Great fit, cute look, professional and comfy. What a reliefe!

I ordered the shoes and they we too short. Called Charix and received excellent service.
The return was easy and my new shoes arrived promptly. I wear them often!
