Heel Slip Inserts

My first purchase - very comfortable! Also the staff sent me cork inserts as my left foot is a bit smaller. Customers service was amazing! I would buy again - the shoes are beautiful!

These shoes are such a gorgeous color and I love the shape of the shoe. I ordered these in a 9 and wore them for a weekend (dog shows) but the right foot was too snug on the top of my toes. Since I wore them I could not return them but liked them SO much I ordered them in 9.25 and the fit is much better! I also ordered a pair of yellow ones in 9.25 and they fit SOOO comfortably and the color is perfect! I'll definitely be ordering another pair (or two) in the future...please restock them in red!

These shoes are so comfortable that they feel like I was born in them! I bought two pairs initially and like them so much that I immediately ordered a third.

We purchased two pairs of women’s shoes. One pair didn’t fit correctly. Charix immediately sent a new pair and return label. They went way overboard to provide outstanding service. I wish more company’s were this responsive to their customers needs.
