Great customer service. I had to return a pair as the 1/4 size measurement wasn't correct, but unfortunately the next 1/4 size up also didn't work for my foot. The length was fine, but the toe box width rubbed blisters on toes that didn't have the bunion. My feet, not the shoes!

I have 7 pairs. Comfy, great colors. Just got 2 of the suede for winter. Wore all day on recent vacay that involved lots (6 miles 1 day) of walking, no issues. I do order the insoles due to high arches.7 pairs says it all..

I ordered a size 7 and they rubbed the end of my toes. I sent them back and reordered a 7 1/2. They are also uncomfortable on the side of my big toe. I expected a better fit for the price. I would not order again.
