I recently ordered two pairs of slip-on shoes in two different colors. Because I have very high arches, I decided to buy the shoes in a larger size than I usually wear. When the shoes arrived, I was disappointed to find that even the larger size was very tight on my feet and decided that these well-made and stylish shoes had to be sent back. We discussed what size might fit me best and then Suley decided that he would send me FOUR pairs of shoes (2 pairs of each color made in two larger sizes than my original order!) so I could try both sizes on at home. I would keep whichever pairs fit the best and return the two extra pairs. What other company provides such extraordinary service? And all of this support was for free!! That's right! my shoes are everything you said they would be! Comfy, soft, melts to your feet and able to wear all day. I am looking forward to my next pair... just need to pick a color!!!
