The company went out of their way to try to help me get the right fit for my shoes. Suley was especially kind and helpful. I needed them for a overseas trip and she had the order rushed over a holiday weekend. I am very happy with the shoes and the comfort of them. The leather is very soft and will mold to my foot. I will be ordering another pair.

This shoe fits like a glove. I questioned spending so much for it but the quality definitely is worth it. I love how it looks on.

Five stars for these great, comfortable shoes. But I don't know that I would have bought them if I'd noticed store credit but no refund policy. Now that I see how easy Charix is to work with on returns (I ordered the wrong size) and how good the shoes are, I'm a committed customer. But my advice is, store credit only isn't a great policy.

This is my third pair of your beautiful flats/slip-ons. Love the style as it can be a bit dressy or casual with jeans! First time trying the two tone and they did not disappoint:)

Wonderful & Beautiful shoe - Even though a size exchange was extremely easy; I would prefer to walk into a store and try sizes in person.

I was prepared to break them in for an upcoming trip. But they felt great the first time I put them on. Good looking and comfortable. And great colors.
