Charix Fit Guide
Natural Leather: Before we talk about Charix, let’s talk about leather. Fine, natural leather is a living material — it breathes, stretches, and evolves with wear. That’s what gives leather its beauty, durability, and the ability to shape itself uniquely to your feet.
Initial Fit: When you first put on your Charix shoes, they may feel snug and firm. That’s normal. Natural leather starts crisp and structured, but quickly molds to your feet for a perfect, lasting fit.
Patience is Part of the Craft: Every pair of fine leather shoes begins with structure and firmness. Like any quality leather boots or dress shoes, Charix may need a little patience at first. The snug feel means the leather is adjusting properly — relaxing and shaping around your foot with movement and warmth. Give it a little time — a few wears, a few walks — and the leather will reward you with comfort that’s truly personal.
Toes Area: Your big toe should be right up against the front of the shoe, touching. You may notice slight toe pressure or a light imprint on the front — that’s normal. The leather will soften and stretch with warmth and movement, gradually easing with wear.
Size up? Only if your big toe is curling or under noticeable pressure, that would be an indication to exchange for just half a Euro size up. Please refer to our Sizing Guide.
Heel Area: If you experience minor heel slippage, do not be alarmed; our heel cups lined with natural leather that grips your feet as you walk.
Size down? If your heels are flopping as you walk with substantial heel slippage, then consider exchanging for just half a Euro size down. Please refer to our Sizing Guide.
With or Without Socks: Charix are designed to be worn without socks. If you prefer using socks, we recommend thin socks.
Note: Please be gentle as you try the shoes at home to avoid traces of extensive wear (e.g., deep crease marks) in case need to exchange or return.
