Charix shoes are made exclusively at the Charix Atelier in Istanbul with love and care of our artisans. We produce in small batches one pair at a time.
Free shipping typically arrives within 5-8 business days. Expedited shipping typically arrives within 3 business days. We will email you the tracking information once we fulfill your order.
We offer easy exchanges or returns within 30 days. Exchanges and returns can be processed on our website, and we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
Charix are true to size. You should pick your most common size in flats. Most customers find their correct size following our size guide.
